Her extensive experience includes streamlining processes with a goal of enhancing the client journey, leading training for service professionals, and executing comprehensive solutions that support both clients and colleagues. Jade’s attention to detail and understanding of individual needs help foster a welcoming environment where clients know they are supported.
Jade holds two bachelor’s degrees from the University of Maryland—one in psychology and another in graphic communication. This diverse background allows her to blend creative and methodological strategies in her work, further strengthening her work with the Olson Wealth Group team.
Outside of work, Jade enjoys spending time with family and friends, taking her dog to the beach, performing improv, and dancing.
As an LPL Financial employee, Jade is a part of the Admin Solutions program that supports multiple advisors’ businesses.
